Hello my name is Luiz Payne and I am the owner/manager of 3430 Watermarke. I purchased this property brand new in 2005. I absolutely loved it for the location, amenities, neighbors, and modern conveniences. I moved out in 2007 because of my growing family but thought I would keep the property fully furnished and available as a rental for others to use and enjoy. I know if you do decide to rent the place you will be very happy...everyone always is!
